As a builder broker, we compare multiple builders for you and guide you through the pros and cons of each so you can make a confident, informed decision based on your price point, block, and goals. It’s about finding the right fit, not just the available one.

Builders pay us a referral fee (just like they do to their own staff) which means you get independent guidance, comparisons and support throughout the process without paying more for your home. The focus is on helping you avoid costly mistakes and choose the right builder from the start.

We don’t just look at price, we consider quality, inclusions, build timeframes, communication, and how well a builder suits your specific situation.

Every client is different so the recommendations are tailored to you whether you’re building your first home, investing, or looking for something more custom. The goal is to match you with a builder that aligns with your needs, not just the cheapest option.

My role doesn’t stop once you’ve chosen a builder, I can support you throughout the entire process, if you’d like.

Some of the additional services I offer include organising independent building inspections at key stages, assisting with fencing and landscaping and connecting you with a suitable property manager if you’re building as an investment.

I also provide a clear checklist of everything typically required during and after the build so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own.
